If you would like to improve your health and fitness, physcial appearance or achieve your personal goals then feel free to get in touch with Kevin to book a Personal Training session. He works Monday's to Friday's. Kevin is usually fully booked but feel free to get in touch with him to see whether he can find a suitable slot for you. He offers a mix of full- body workouts, resistant bands and kick-boxing. PT sessions in one of London's gyms can also be organised.
