Personal Training

If you would like to improve your health and fitness, physcial appearance or achieve your personal goals then feel free to get in touch with me to book a Personal Training session. I work Monday's to Thursday's and Saturday's/Sunday's. My weekends are usually fully booked but feel free to get in touch with me to see whether we can find a suitable slot for you. I offer a mix of full- body workouts, resistant bands and kick-boxing.
Prices:
- 1 hour/ £60 per person in Regent's Park/Primrose Hill
- 1 hour/ £100 home visit or office
- 1 hour/ £100 for two people in Regent's Park/Primrose Hill
- 1 hour/ £117 for three people in Regent's Park/Primrose Hill
- 1 hour/ £132 for four people in Regent's Park/Primrose Hill
