If you would like to improve your health and fitness, physcial appearance or achieve your personal goals then feel free to get in touch with me to book a Personal Training session. I work Tuesday's to Thursday's and Saturday's/Sunday's. My weekends are usually fully booked but feel free to get in touch with me to see whether we can find a suitable slot for you. I offer a mix of full- body workouts, resistant bands and kick-boxing.
